Mangaia is the southernmost of Cook Islands, a semi-independent country in the centre of the South Pacific Ocean. You enter Cook Islands through the main island of Rarotonga. There are flights from Auckland (New Zealand), Christchurch (New Zealand), Papeete (Tahiti) and Los Angeles (CA).

Flight time is about 40 min each way and an adult return flight costs between NZ$298 and NZ$498 depending on loading. Again it is best to check with the airline.
